Custom Coaster FAQs
What’s the minimum and maximum order size?
Small orders start at 4 coasters. Coaster orders above 500 will receive a custom quote.
What if I want more than one coaster design?
We're happy to design as many coaster as you'd like. Each design will accrue an additional design fee (either simple or complex).
How long do custom orders take?
Typically 1–2 weeks depending on design complexity and quantity.
How do I receive my design proof?
Once you submit your request, we’ll create your design and email you a proof. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out for clarification. We may go through a few rounds of revisions — we want to make sure your coaster looks perfect!
How do I pay for my order?
Once your coaster is finalized, we'll send you a detailed quote and a link for payment.
Where do you ship?
Currently shipping within the U.S. — local pickup in Bakersfield available.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, a shipping fee will be added based on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
